Join Resthaven as a Clinical Nurse Auditor on a permanent part time basis (3 days per week). Bring your expertise in this field undertaking and managing corporate clinical audits across the services we provide both in residential and community services. Join our dynamic and Supportive team dedicated to improving the lives of older people This role will be based in the Southeast, and youou will be required to travel. A driver's licence will be essential; this role will be a hybrid one so there will be an opportunity to work from home. This is in accordance with business requirements.

Responsibilities
* Plan annual corporate clinical audit schedule.
* Review and develop audit checklists in line with legislation and our policies and procedures.
* Review and analysis of audit findings
* Discuss and help sites review and action audit findings.
Essential requirements
* Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and current practicing certificate.
* A commitment to the mission and values of Resthaven and capacity to interpret these in preparation and implementation of policies and procedures.
* Knowledge of legislation appropriate to the delivery of aged care services.
* Knowledge of contemporary nursing practice with a focus on older people.
* Knowledge of and commitment to continuous improvement and quality management systems.
* Knowledge and understanding of documentation which supports best practice.
* Knowledge of Work Health and Safety and application to the aged care sector.
* Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with all levels of the organisation.
* Ability to work with minimal supervision.
* Computer skills in the use of relevant computer software applications.
• Current driver's licence.
