Position: Permanent Full Time, Hybrid
What Will You Do?
Your Impact: As a Service Contract Coodinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our Service Operations team by:
* Serve as a knowledgeable resource on contract terms, service options, and product capabilities.
* Review expired agreements and assess upsell and continued business opportunities.
* Engage with customers to maximise renewal value and tailor service agreements to their needs.
* Collaborate with field service technicians, sales teams, and service managers to align on customer strategy.
* Prepare and deliver accurate quotes, manage follow-ups, and handle objections effectively.
* Escalate complex issues to field leadership and coordinate service resources to ensure closure.
* Develop customised proposals that highlight the benefits of STERIS service offerings.
* Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers to support long-term retention.
* Monitor and manage pipeline progress, ensuring timely movement.
* Position STERIS service agreements as value-driven solutions for customers.
* Ensure a seamless customer experience through proactive communication and support.
Qualifications and Skills Required
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in business, customer service, or sales, preferably with exposure to contract management.
* Demonstrated strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, with excellent organisational capabilities.
* Proven ability in problem-solving, time management, and a process-driven approach, with high attention to detail and adaptability.
* Experience in stakeholder management, including the ability to conduct challenging conversations professionally.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM systems and Oracle/Siebel is highly desirable.
