Our site features a range of landscaped gardens, kitchen gardens, open spaces, and natural bushland—all carefully maintained to deliver a unique guest experience that blends relaxation with environmental sensitivity.
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced team member to join our Land and Environment team. This position is casual with the potential to lead to permanent full time employment. This hands-on role includes general maintenance such as weeding, pruning, planting, and mulching across our bathing, accommodation, and bushland areas.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
* Experience and/or qualifications in horticulture or conservation and land management
* A strong understanding of locally indigenous plants
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
* Excellent time management and organisational abilities
