As a key member of our property management team, we are seeking an experienced professional to oversee end-to-end property portfolio management and client relations.
* We require someone with several years of experience in property management and a Queensland Real Estate Registration.
Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include managing multiple property portfolios, maintaining effective relationships with clients and stakeholders, contributing to business growth through strategic planning and partnerships, and developing innovative solutions to drive operational efficiency.
* Manage and maintain multiple property portfolios ensuring customer needs are met.
* Maintain effective working relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
* Contribute to the growth of the business through effective strategic planning and partnership development.
* Develop and implement process improvements to drive operational efficiency.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 5 years property management experience.
* A valid Queensland Real Estate Registration.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* A strong understanding of property laws and regulations.
* A forward-thinking approach to business development.
