About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and adaptable leader to take ownership of a small but expanding site, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across the supply chain.
* Lead day-to-day operations at the Darwin (Berrimah) site, overseeing the distribution process from order entry through to customer delivery.
* Manage a small, dedicated team, monitor KPIs, ensure operations remain within regulatory compliance, and maintain safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and mentor a skilled site team.
* Oversee daily Distribution Centre operations, including resource planning and workload management.
* Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions to enhance efficiency and service levels.
* Manage site distribution fleet, warehouse logistics, suppliers, and inventory.
* Enforce company policies, including OH&S, security, EEO, and anti-discrimination procedures.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
* Conduct regular team meetings and maintain clear communication with your team.
* Ensure operations are aligned with organisational goals.
