This role will lead strategic planning workstreams across multidisciplinary projects in policy, transport, energy, environment, and infrastructure.
The successful candidate will bring expertise in the NSW planning system, strong project delivery skills, and a collaborative approach to shaping sustainable urban outcomes.The OpportunityLead planning inputs across urban, regional, and socio-economic projects, integrating sustainability and policy insight.Represent Arup in internal and external meetings, working directly with clients to understand and respond to complex urban challenges.Contribute to business development through preparation of proposals and tender responses.Guide and support junior team members, contributing to their development and fostering a high-performance culture.Manage planning deliverables in line with Arup's Quality Management System, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.Is this role right for you?
