***EXPERIENCED SCHEDULER***

You have a minimum of three years’ experience in the residential construction sector and are looking to take your career to the next level.

This is a full-time role, and you will be reporting directly to our Scheduling Manager, with your primary role being to accurately quantify and order all the materials and labour required to construct and finish each individual residence project. Experience with the Truth Engine platform will be a big plus.

Key responsibilities include:
• Calculating and ordering all quantities for a variety of different residential project types including single-storey, double-storey, developments and commercial projects if required
• Assisting with queries from our suppliers, our Site Managers and our Construction Manager
• Raising, managing and distributing purchase orders
• Approving and processing invoices for our suppliers and sub-contractors

***TRAINEE SCHEDULER***
As a trainee scheduler, you will work closely with our experienced scheduling and construction team to support the timely delivery of our residential projects.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in the following areas:
• Preparing and maintaining construction project schedules
• Learning to use industry-specific software including Truth Engine
• Coordinating trades, suppliers and delivery timelines
• Assisting in identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts
• Communicating with internal teams and external contractors to keep timelines on track
• Participating in team meetings and reporting on project progress

About you:
We're seeking someone who is highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the following attributes:
• A quick learner with a proactive mindset
• A clear and confident communicator
• Comfortable working with digital tools and platforms
• Ideally a recent graduate or someone with basic construction or admin experience
