Job Overview:
The Site Operations Manager - Cleaning Services role is a senior position that oversees the management of cleaning services across designated sites to ensure high standards of safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate cleaning operations to achieve service delivery standards.
* Drive compliance with Ventia's SHEQ management systems.
* Develop and maintain cleaning schedules and audit processes.
* Lead and develop staff through training, coaching, and performance management.
* Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in a supervisory role within cleaning or facilities management, excellent leadership and communication skills, knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, chemicals, and safety requirements, and eligibility to hold a Defence Security Clearance.
