Job Title: Payroll Admin Officer
We are seeking an experienced Payroll/HR Officer to join our team and support our farming business.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Process weekly payroll for 30-50 employees.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant awards.
* Administer the PALM program and assist with employee queries.
* Support welfare and wellbeing obligations for seasonal workers.
Cross-functional Support:
* Filing and document management.
* Invoicing and purchasing reporting.
Requirements:
* Experience with MYOB payroll processing.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
Desirable Qualifications:
* Previous farm experience.
