Following the recent acquisition of Better Business Finance on the Sunshine Coast, we are seeking a motivated and organised Loan Writer & Business Support Manager to join our team in a hands‐on, fast‐paced role supporting both clients and business operations.
This role is ideal for someone with residential lending or broker support experience who is looking to expand their career into commercial, business and asset finance. While previous business lending experience would be highly regarded, it is not essential. We are happy to train the right person who has the right attitude, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

About the Role
This is a diverse role combining loan processing, client support, operational coordination and executive assistance.
You will work directly alongside the Director and play an important role in helping manage workflow, client communication and lending applications across multiple finance areas.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing loan applications from submission through to settlement
* Liaising with clients, lenders, solicitors and accountants
* Following up outstanding documents and application requirements
* Assisting with residential, commercial and asset finance applications
* CRM and pipeline management
* Inbox and diary coordination
* Preparing lender submissions and supporting documentation
* General business and administrative support
* Helping improve systems, processes and overall workflow
What We're Looking For
* Experience in loan processing, broker support or banking/finance
* Home loan experience preferred
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* High attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple prioritiesProfessional and confident client communication
* A proactive and solutions‐focused mindset
* Someone who enjoys being part of a growing business
