Clinical Office Coordinator Role Description
The role of Clinical Office Coordinator plays a vital part in supporting the physician/nurse practitioner in delivering high-quality patient care. This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative/reception functions in the office, ensuring smooth operations and an efficient workflow.

* Administering front desk duties, including greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and managing phone calls;
* Coordinating medical records, updating patient information, and maintaining confidentiality;
* Providing excellent customer service, responding to patient inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise;
To be successful in this role, you will require strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to maintain accurate records. Proficiency in electronic medical record systems (EMRs) such as GE Centricity and Meditech is preferred. A Graduate of a Medical Assistant/Secretary program is also desirable.
