Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Registered Nurse role based in Adelaide, SA. The Registered Nurse will provide high-quality care to residents, ensuring their health and well-being, while maintaining compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Key responsibilities will include managing patient health assessments, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes. The role also involves monitoring and maintaining accurate documentation of patient care and ensuring adherence to best practices in aged care.
Qualifications
* Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with valid registration in Australia
* Clinical expertise in patient care, including conducting health assessments and developing individualized care plans
* Strong knowledge of aged care compliance, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
* Proficient in documentation, record-keeping, and using digital platforms for reporting and tracking
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with residents and team members
* Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Experience in aged care nursing or similar healthcare settings is highly regarded
