See yourself in the teamThe Financial Crimes Services (FCS) brings together key capabilities to disrupt financial crime and fulfill our regulatory obligations to protect our customers and community. This role will join the Financial Crime Operations (FCO) OCM team, supporting the execution of the Group’s Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) strategic initiatives. Working collaboratively with our crews and business stakeholders, the OCM team aims to simplify changes for our people and customers. Together, we educate, enable, and embed financial crime prevention across the business. The FCO OCM team values trust, flexibility, transparency, and a strong sense of ownership and accountability.Do work that mattersLead change management, business engagement, and change strategy for complex change initiatives to ensure effective and sustainable outcomes.This is a permanent full-time position.Specifically, you will:Conduct detailed change impact assessments, accurately reflecting the impact on the business, other areas of the Group, associated people risks, and management strategies.Plan and lead comprehensive change management approaches, developing tailored interventions that deliver value and maximize adoption.Identify and engage internal and external stakeholders, resolving people-related risks and issues.Manage change transition and adoption through communications, engagement, coaching, training, and tracking metrics to embed changes as business as usual.Design and implement business readiness tracking metrics to assess change management readiness.Develop artefacts such as change impact assessments, implementation plans, communication strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, business readiness assessments, and resistance management plans.Create change collateral, including presentations, training materials, communication, and reference resources.Contribute to defining change objectives and success metrics, and monitor adoption and effectiveness.Collaborate across the Change Management Chapter and Practice areas to promote knowledge sharing, learning, and problem solving.We’re interested in hearing from candidates who have:A proactive and autonomous approach to delivering project outcomesAn agile mindset and familiarity with agile practicesStrong stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skillsA creative approach and the ability to communicate complex material in innovative waysProven experience in delivering change and communication strategies within large, complex environmentsTertiary qualifications in a relevant disciplineA risk-aware mindsetDomain knowledge of Financial Crime (advantageous)If you are already part of the Commonwealth Bank Group (including Bankwest, x15ventures), you need to apply through Sidekick to submit your application.
