Location – Ipswich – 3 days per week in office
Salary - £24,300 – £26,000 (dependant on experience)

About the role
You’ll be a first point of contact for our customers, bothresponding to queries and proactively managing their accounts – so you’ll buildsome fantastic relationships and feel a real sense of achievement from yourwork.
A trusted advisor, you’ll cover the end-to-end customerlifecycle. That means everything from making welcome calls, to resolvingissues, to dealing with invoicing and payments, to spotting opportunitiesto…you name it, you’ll do it – so plenty of variety. Boredom is not an option!

You don’t need to have worked in customer services before(but great if you have) – what’s more important to us is that you’ve got anatural desire to give create a great experience for people. You’ll want tomake a difference, you’ll want to resolve issues, and you’ll want to exceedexpectation.
It’s likely you’ll enjoy taking ownership of things – youlove getting the job done! You’re proactive, organised, and adaptable – a selfstarter and a great team player.
And it goes without saying you’ll be a strong communicatorand relationship builder.
