You will drive profit growing strategies & ensure you build and drive a customer centric team. These stores are HUGE and so a thorough understanding of large scale stock management, coupled with the ability to drive high visual merchandising standards are a must.
You will be a dynamic, inspiring & people first leader, assisting in managing the Blacktown Store.
About you:
* Previous retail management experience in a large format setting
* Passionate about driving store sales results
* Proven track record of achieving targets and KPI's
* Excellent communication skills
* Operations focused is a must
* Effective rostering & wage control experience
* Great leadership skills
* High stock volume & visual merchandising experience
