We are currently offering a fantastic opportunity for a driven Agronomy Professional to develop strong customer relationships in the agricultural sector of Southern NSW.
About the Opportunity
* Gain exposure to an agriculture area with broadacre cropping and develop a deep understanding of the clients' business goals and share technical and market information to enable clients to improve the performance and sustainability of their farming enterprises.
* Engage and work alongside a team within an established business, servicing the needs of cutting-edge farmers and producers, with significant experience partnering with producers.
* Maintain relationships with existing customers, while targeting new clients through the provision of superior sales and agronomic input, staying up to date with latest plant production practices.
About You
* You will have a minimum 4-5 years building enduring and successful partnerships with customers, delivering appropriate agronomic advice and service, using your specialist knowledge of fertiliser, seed and chemical products and application applicable to those crops grown in the region.
* Demonstrate excellent negotiation, influencing, and communication skills, a tertiary qualification in agricultural science or a related field and a current driver's license is essential for success in this rewarding role.
