With some beautifully appointed boutique and medium density residential apartments to be sold, this group manages the sales and marketing for from launch to settlement for multiple developers across Sydney. **What will you be doing in this role**:
Working closely with the Director you will be trained and mentored on the project sales process along with how to manage buyers and close your own sales. This incredible opportunity will see involved in:
- Following up buyer inquiry and qualifying leads
- Calling past buyer inquiry and updating the buyer pipeline
- Arranging private appointments and showroom viewings
- Take buyers through floorplans and product finishes
- Manage clients through the exchange and settlement process
- Attend valuation and pre-settlement inspections
- Attend project launches and events
- Update CRM and nurture active buyers
- Attend sales + developer meetings
- The confidence to talk to buyers and get on the phones
- A passion for selling property and closing deals
- The willingness to be mentored and trained
- The hunger for a longer term career in project sales
- A current NSW certificate of registration
- 12 months real estate sales or leasing experience
- A reliable car and valid drivers licence
- Flexibility to work weekends
- Full Australian work rights
