* Extensive experience in civil engineering assessment and development-related infrastructure.
* Proven leadership experience managing technical teams.
* Strong ability to review and negotiate engineering proposals.
* High-level communication, report writing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* RPEQ registration desirable.
