- Actioning and handling customer enquiries, complaints resolution and alarm activations.
- Maintaining an accurate record/ activity log.
- Monitoring commercial and residential customers.
- Ensuring to report and escalate any security breaches.
- Facilitating alarms nation-wide for internal networks and all clients.
- Complete reports in accordance with the company standards.

About you:
- Must hold: 1E NSW Security Licence.
- High level of customer service skills.
- "Can do" and motivated attitude.
- Previous monitoring centre experience; appreciated but not required.
