About The Role
Reporting to the Group Payroll Manager and working within a team, you will be responsible for:
* Managing and maintaining system access and configuration to meet business needs
* Investigate and resolve issues related to Kronos applications
* Liaising with the Payroll Team, IT & relevant stakeholders regarding configuration issues
* Assist with change management, documentation, and knowledge transfer
* Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), offering insights and support across the payroll department
* Act as a key liaison for system issues, upgrades, and user support
* Analyse current system usage and recommend improvements aligned with business priorities
* Train end-users and support staff on Kronos functionality and updates
What You'll Bring
* Demonstrated experience and knowledge of Kronos
* Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
* Demonstrated track record in establishing and maintaining key stakeholder relationships
* Well developed interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication skills
* Demonstrated problem solving in an operational environment, taking ownership of issues through to resolution
