Job Overview

You’re a Senior Program or Delivery Lead with over a decade of experience in technology delivery across asset‑intensive industries. You combine strategic foresight with hands‑on leadership, and you know how to turn complex challenges into high‑impact outcomes.


What You'll Do

* You lead from the front, shaping opportunities, driving delivery, and ensuring every engagement creates lasting impact.
* Engagement Leadership: Own the delivery of strategic programs, ensuring alignment with client goals and operational realities.
* Opportunity Origination: Identify and shape engineering service opportunities, leveraging deep domain knowledge and client insight.
* Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop win strategies, lead negotiations, and manage the sales lifecycle from concept to close.
* Solution Design: Create innovative solutions to complex engineering and business challenges, tailored to client environments.
* Bid Leadership: Orchestrate and lead the bid process, ensuring clarity, accountability, and momentum at every stage.
* Client Engagement: Drive proposals, workshops, and commercial discussions with a proactive, hands‑on approach.
* Thought Leadership: Provide strategic guidance and decision leadership across programs, influencing outcomes and shaping future direction.
