Secondary Design & Technology Teacher (SC )
Seventh-day Adventist Schools (Greater Sydney) is seeking an innovative Design and Technology Teacher across Years 7-12 to commence Term 1, 2026. The position is full-time. Teaching Expertise
* Experience in delivering high quality lessons to Years 7-12 Technologies, including:
* Technology Mandatory 7-8
* Design and Technology 9-12
* Industrial Technology (Timber) 11-12
Qualifications & Requirements
* Demonstrated capacity to meet the professional expectations of the teaching profession as expressed by AITSL and NESA.
* Commitment to the Christian ethos and mission of the school.
* Wahroonga Adventist school is committed to child safety by providing a safe culture, safe operations and a safe environment.
* Only applicants with a Working with Children Check will be considered for this role.
* The successful applicant will hold a formal teaching qualification (degree level), a current Working with Children Check in NSW and be currently registered with NESA to teach in NSW – or be eligible to register with NESA.
* It is preferable that the successful applicant be a baptised and practising member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church, or a practising Christian sympathetic to the unique Seventh-day Adventist identity of the school.
