Your new role
- Supervise contractor installation teams (7 personnel) across two back-to-back 7:7 swings
- Oversee safe installation of Collision Awareness Systems across HV, MV, and LV fleet
- Ensure compliance with site standards and safety protocols
- Drive quality outcomes and efficient team performance
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment
- Monitor progress and report on installation milestones
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong supervision experience in fleet fitment or onboard tech installation
- Previous deployment experience with BMA or similar operations
- BMA compliance or current pass outs are highly regarded
- Proven ability to lead teams safely and efficiently
- Experience with CAS, Autonomous Haulage, FMS, DSS or similar technologies
- Have a Current Coal Board Medical & Standard 11
