Lead OSHC Program
Our OSHC service at Wellard is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Manager to lead our team of Coordinators and Educators. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring high-quality care and education for children aged 5-12 years.
About the Role
* Lead a team of educators onsite, including roster management
* Manage the day-to-day operations of your service
* Ensure quality and compliance in service delivery in line with the National Quality Framework (NQF)
* Grow attendance to support children and families
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and facilitate an engaging, child-centered program, foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents, and contribute to the growth and development of our OSHC service.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years' experience working with children in a leadership position or a similar role
* Ideal minimum Diploma qualification in a relevant field (e.g., Diploma in Children's Services), or have completed a minimum of 2 years of full-time study in a relevant field
* Current and valid Working with Children Check, or state-required check
* Clear and professional communication
