FIFO Screen Technicians
We are currently seeking motivated FIFO Mechanical Screen Technicians to join our expanding team
You will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of vibrating screens on site (including working in a harness, component change-outs & fault finding)

* Shut down employees to work on regular monthly shuts (ongoing works for the right candidates)
* Candidates who hold current tickets, CS, GTA, White Card Minimum
* RIO, FMG, BHP, Covalent and Pilbara minerals Inducted (highly advantageous)
* Ability to work independently and be a part of a team
* Commitment to safety for you and others
What Experience you bring:
* Proven previous mining experience
* Ability to work in physically demanding environments (including extreme heat)
* Previous maintenance and screen media replacement tasks
* Ability to interpret and understand technical requirements
* Experience and ability to do both day and night shifts
* Conducting thorough checks
* Day to day organising of tooling & materials
* Locking on and off protocols
* Replacement of side liners, screen panels, and general screen maintenance
* Deck layout configurations and screen structure
* Participation in tool box and prestart meetings
Essential Selection Criteria:
* Permanent Resident or Citizen of Australia
* Proven previous mining Trade Assistant experience
* Proven knowledge & experience in; replacement of side liners, screen panels, general screen maintenance, deck layout configurations, screen structure, locking on and off protocols & organisation of tooling & materials
* Experience/willingness to do both day and night shifts
* Willingness to learn, the right attitude & exceptional work ethic
* Ability to work in physically demanding environment, including extreme heat
* Australian driver's license
* HRWL - Forklift
* Current Working at Heights (within 2 years)
* Current Confined Space + Gas Test Atmospheres (within 2 years)
* Ability to pass Lab Drug & Alcohol Tests and Pre-employment Medical
* National Police Check (within 12 months)
* Construction White Card
