We are seeking a highly experienced Inventory Data Specialist to lead a comprehensive clean‐up and cataloguing of our client's master inventory database. This is a unique opportunity to work on a large‐scale project integrating inventory data from three separate companies.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in inventory cataloguing, data consolidation, and warehouse supervision.
* Strong working knowledge of Pronto ERP or similar inventory management systems.
* Strong attention to detail and process‐driven mindset.
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross‐functional teams in a fast‐paced, onsite environment.
* Experience of at least 5 years in inventory management and cataloguing.
Responsibilities
* Consolidate, standardise, and organise all inventory records in Pronto Xi.
* Maintain accuracy, consistency, and completeness across integrated inventory databases.
* Perform cycle counts, stock reconciliations, and data audits.
* Collaborate with supply chain teams and stakeholders to optimise inventory processes.
* Identify discrepancies, errors, or anomalies in stock data and recommend corrective actions.
Duration: 6 months (contract)
