Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Sydney, NSW. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and conduct client meetings
Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions
Provide product training to clients as needed
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams
Proven experience in customer service and relationship management
Expertise in sales and business development, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Experience in sales management and the ability to strategize and execute sales plans
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to work independently
Knowledge of the pumping, power generation, or compressed air industry is a plus
Valid driver's license and availability to travel locally
