About the Role:
In this vital position, you will play a key role in coordinating candidates with training organisations and community stakeholders across Queensland, Western Australia, South Australia, and New South Wales.
Responsibilities:
* Manage candidate leads with personalized support
* Assess candidate suitability and identify clear career pathways
* Provide mentoring, coaching, and assistance with resumes, applications, and interviews
* Support candidates to access accredited and non-accredited training programs
* Closely collaborate with colleagues to refer candidates to suitable employers and training providers
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulations
Requirements:
* Experience in recruitment, workforce development, or candidate support
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for mentoring and coaching
* Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
* Knowledge of aged care or disability sectors and relevant compliance requirements
* Proficient with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and digital communication tools
