JV Recruitment are currently seeking experienced Carpenters for multiple projects across South Brisbane and surrounding suburbs. We have a range of roles available including residential, commercial and internal modular work, with immediate starts available and flexible start dates for the right candidates.
Our client is a well-established Australian construction company delivering high-quality projects across the country and experiencing strong growth. Due to a busy pipeline of work, they are looking for skilled carpenters ready to step straight onto site. With consistent work, strong overtime opportunities, and a range of different projects, this is a great prospect for carpenters looking to secure ongoing work in South Brisbane.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* Reading and interpreting blueprints, plans, and drawings
* Constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made from timber and other materials
* Framing walls, floors, and roofs
* Internal fix-out and modular construction work
* Installing doors, windows, cabinetry, and other fittings
* Working collaboratively with a team of skilled tradespeople
* Ensuring all work meets Australian safety and building standards
WHAT YOU'LL GET
* $50 – $60 per hour + Super
* $21.94 Daily Travel Allowance
* Meal allowance (over 9.5 hours)
* Plenty of overtime available – penalty rates paid
* Immediate starts available

* Ongoing work across multiple South Brisbane projects
* Opportunity for long‐term or full‐time positions
KEY REQUIREMENTS
* Cert III in Carpentry
* Current White Card
* Own tools (tested and tagged)
* Minimum 1 year hands‐on carpentry experience
* Own transport highly desirable
