Delivering exceptional customer service is at the heart of this role, where you'll be an integral part of a dynamic team. This position involves handling face-to-face customer inquiries, sourcing parts and managing backorder ETAs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide in-person customer support, addressing customer concerns and resolving issues efficiently
* Perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, and stock organization
* Replenish inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to ensure optimal supply chain management
* Process transactions via cash, card, or account payment methods
* Maintain showroom displays and update stock rotations to meet changing demands
* Ensure that all areas, including the counter and packing zones, are clean, organized, and efficient
Requirements:
* Proven experience in customer-facing roles within retail environments
* A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and excellent interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
* Clear and concise written and verbal communication abilities
* A growth-oriented mindset with a desire to learn and adapt quickly
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
