**About the role**
- Working 4:00pm-8:00pm Wednesdays and Friday(8hours per week) at the Samaritans Information and Neighbourhood Centre and the Cessnock Headspace site.
- Working (5 hours per week) at Headspace Maitland.
The primary responsibilities of these roles include ensuring the security, cleanliness and general appearance of common areas, kitchens, toilet areas, offices, meeting rooms, corridors and other work spaces in accordance with required standards.
We're looking for someone who has a valuable understanding of safe work practices, who is motivated and able to work autonomously, with mínimal direction.
**Essential criteria**
- Commercial or domestic cleaning experience
- Model professional behaviours including a high degree of objectivity, integrity and compassion
- Confidence to work autonomously
- Availability to work outside of business hours
- Understanding of confidentiality and OH&S; principles
- Demonstrated use of initiative and self-motivation
**Desirable**
- Certificate II in Commercial Cleaning
