Disability Support Associate
We are seeking dedicated professionals to provide meaningful support to individuals with disabilities.
* Direct care and support services for people with varying disabilities, focusing on enhancing their quality of life.
* Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks, promoting independence and well-being.
* Support individuals in accessing community resources, social inclusion, and wellbeing activities, encouraging participation and engagement.
* Monitor and document client progress, providing insight into the effectiveness of care provided.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other team members to ensure holistic support.

An NDIS Worker Screening Check is required prior to commencement. A valid unrestricted driver's license and experience supporting people with disabilities in community or residential settings are also necessary.
