Your Opportunity
As an Optometrist in our store, you will work with advanced technology including Retinal Camera, Visual Field Analyzer, Non-contact Tonometer, Corneal Topographer, Optos UWDRS, and OCT. You will understand the lives behind the eyes and help maximize customers' lifestyle enjoyment with appropriate eyecare, providing high-level, tailored customer service.
Your Responsibilities
* Perform comprehensive eye examinations for a diverse range of customers, including kids, contact lens wearers, and therapeutics.
* Recommend lens solutions based on customer lifestyles.
* Explain lens technology features and benefits, including coatings and extras.
* Mentor Graduate Optometrists in technology usage and recommendations.
* Collaborate with the Store Manager and Managing Optometrists to maximize eyecare revenue, focusing on technology, efficiency, and Medicare billing.
