What you'll be doing:
Delivering exceptional customer service on the shop floor
Building product knowledge across BBQs, outdoor furniture and accessories
Providing confident recommendations that suit customer needs and budgets
Supporting stock replenishment, merchandising and store presentation
Contributing to a positive, high-performing team environment
What we're looking for:
Retail or customer service experience (highly regarded)
Confidence engaging with customers and asking the right questions
A hands-on, proactive attitude
Availability across weekdays and weekends
A genuine interest in outdoor living, cooking or entertaining
