We are seeking a seasoned contract professional to lead the administrative and commercial aspects of our projects.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in contract management, procurement, and financial administration, with a strong background in construction project management.
* Develop and implement strategies to mitigate commercial and financial risk, as well as analyze and report on project performance.
* Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective project procurement plans.
* Manage claims processes in accordance with contractual agreements.
About You
* Hold a degree qualification in Construction Management or a related field.
* Possess substantial experience in project-based contract and financial administration on large-scale construction projects.
* Have previous experience in an administrative/commercial role within a mid-tier Main Contractor or Sub-Contractor environment.
* Demonstrate expertise in procurement and contract management.
