Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
* Completing two six-month clinical rotations in acute mental health and general health settings.
* Assessing and documenting clinical, non-clinical, and social needs, implementing risk minimization strategies.
* Recognizing and responding to changes in patient conditions, escalating care when necessary.
* Maintaining accurate, legible, and legally compliant documentation per Western Health policies.
* Communicating patient status effectively during handovers.
* Advocating for patients and families with support.
* Delivering safe, high-quality evidence-based care.
About You
Applicants must have:
* Completed a Nursing bachelor’s degree between January 2025 and June 2026.
