* Supporting kitchen operations across all meal periods and service styles, including à la carte, room service, banquets, and buffet service.
* Ensuring all food produced aligns with established kitchen recipes and quality standards
* Maintaining a clean, hygienic, and organised workstation in line with HACCP and food safety standards
* Working collaboratively across all kitchen sections to promote flexibility and productivity
* Supporting stock rotation and stock control processes to minimise wastage
