Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and hard working individual to join our team and lead the way in this newly established division. Tasks will include but not be limited to:
1. Search for new customers who might benefit from company products or services and maximize client potential in designated regions
2. Develop long-term relationships with customers through managing and interpreting their requirements
3. Persuading customers with products that best satisfy their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery
4. Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both customer and company needs
5. Calculating customer quotations and administering customer accounts
6. Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education, and after-sales support services
7. Reporting & analyzing sales & costs
8. Meeting sales targets and coordinating sales projects
9. Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
10. Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets customer needs
11. Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts
12. Helping in the design of custom-made products
13. Regular visits to customer sites
14. Adhere to relevant HSE & other company policies
Qualifications
15. Diploma/Degree in Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent Trade qualification
16. Experience in Sales (Robots/Cobots or Assembly Technology preferred)
17. Experience in Industrial Automation
18. Proficient programming skills
19. Proficient PC Skills
