This role replaces a long standing Project Manager who is retiring and offers genuine scope to step into future leadership as the organisation evolves.
The Opportunity You will play a key role across multiple delivery streams, working with enterprise clients and internal technical teams to ensure projects are delivered smoothly, commercially, and with strong client outcomes.
Projects span Mining, Utilities, Government and enterprise environments.
This is a senior delivery role suited to someone who thrives in complex environments, balances multiple priorities, and brings calm, clarity and confidence to both clients and teams.
Key Responsibilities Lead end to end delivery of 3 to 4 concurrent projects of varying size and complexity Manage budgets, timelines, risks and dependencies across multiple workstreams Lead internal and client facing meetings including kick offs, stand ups and handovers Oversee consultants and shared resources, managing competing priorities effectively Partner closely with Enterprise Client Managers and technical leaders Maintain strong governance while operating flexibly across Agile frameworks Hold clients to account while maintaining positive, trusted relationships Proactively manage scope, change and delivery expectations About You 10+ years' experience in Project Management within IT or technology services with a Microsoft focus Strong Microsoft platform experience is essential Dynamics CRM experience highly regarded Solid working knowledge of Jira and Azure DevOps Confident with MS Project, Teams and modern collaboration tools Proven experience managing resources across multiple projects High emotional intelligence with a calm, thoughtful and diplomatic approach Comfortable operating under pressure with discretion and professionalism Background in consulting or service based environments highly valued Australian Citizenship is required Next steps: Apply via this advert, or for a confidential conversation please reach out to Asli Wilde on ************ #LI-AW1
