The Chief Operating Office (COO) Division is a centre of excellence for CBA. Every process we execute has a direct impact on our customers' experience.
As part of the Post Settlements and Discharges team, you'll be supporting a fast-paced BU focused on delivering premium and transformed customer-first service experiences that build strong, lasting relationships with our customers. You'll play a key role inenabling a culture of high-performing teams,operational excellence,optimising financial, risk and change management, anddriving outcomesthat align with our Group's strategic objectives.
As a Senior Performance Lead, you'll be part of a high-impact team that drives strategic change, strong performance uplift, and continuous improvement across complex teams. You'll work closely with leadership across multiple domains to ensure business commitments are met and that streamlined frameworks are embedded and effective.
You will orchestrate planning and prioritisation to ensure strategic objectives are translated into action. You'll lead performance tracking, identify interventions, and provide expert guidance on tools and techniques to drive measurable elevated business outcomes.
Key responsibilities for this role include :
Lead a high-performing and passionate team with a continuous improvement mindset that fosters a BU-wide culture of innovation
Oversee the accuracy and quality of BU data in systems / tools (e.g. Risks, Issues, Dependencies)
Collaborate with leadership to create BU OKRs and initiatives that align with overarching strategy
Monitor key business metrics to report on business performance and identify actions for execution or escalation
Utilise data-driven insights to evaluate BU progress against OKRs in preparation for BU performance forums, QBRs, and Big Room Planning sessions
Lead performance forums and contribute to complex orchestration discussions
Facilitate knowledge sharing and promote agile ways of working across squads
Ensure compliance with group policies, processes, and frameworks
Track workforce and support resource decisions to enable delivery of outcomes

Experience in performance management, strategic planning, and agile delivery
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Proven ability to lead forums, influence stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement
A collaborative mindset and the ability to manage complexity and change
