We are expanding and looking for a skilled Content Writer & Social Media Manager to support both our agency brand and the founder's personal brand presence.
This role is ideal for someone who understands business positioning, marketing psychology, and professional brand communication.
Role Description
This is a Full-time remote role for a Content Writer & Social Media Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for creating compelling web content, developing and executing content strategies, conducting in-depth research, and proofreading to ensure accuracy and quality. Additional responsibilities include managing social media accounts, creating engaging posts, and analyzing content performance to optimize reach and engagement.
* Write high-quality LinkedIn content (authority-driven, strategic positioning)
* Script short-form video content (30–60 sec reels)
* Manage and execute a structured content calendar (3 posts per week)
* Repurpose long-form ideas into carousels, captions, and short-form assets
* Maintain brand tone: professional, credible, structured
* Monitor engagement and suggest improvements
* Assist in building consistent digital presence across LinkedIn and Instagram
Qualifications
* Proven experience in content writing for business or personal brands
* Strong understanding of marketing, sales, and lead generation concepts
* Ability to write in a founder's voice (clear, confident, structured)
* Experience managing social media pages professionally
* Strong attention to detail and consistency
* Self-managed and proactive communicator
Preferred (but not required):
* Experience working with agencies, coaches, or consultants
* Familiarity with StoryBrand, offer positioning, or direct-response frameworks
