Your new role
As the Senior Financial Advisor, you will take full responsibility for a large, mature portfolio of individual clients, providing comprehensive financial advice across wealth creation, superannuation, retirement planning, and broader strategy. You'll act as the primary adviser within the Geelong office, supported by strong centralised infrastructure while enjoying the autonomy of a dedicated, client‑focused environment.
You'll bring a personable, professional approach, paired with strong logical reasoning and the ability to present complex strategies clearly and confidently. This role is ideal for someone who values deep client relationships, enjoys independence, and thrives in a smaller team supported by a larger national network.
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience as a Financial Advisor with strong technical competency
* Exceptional interpersonal skills and rapport‑building ability
* A logical, structured approach to advice, documentation and compliance
* Confidence working autonomously in a smaller office setting
* Relevant qualifications in Accounting and Financial planning
