We’re All Round Supplies (ARS), an Australian-owned specialist distributor supplying the electrical infrastructure industry. Part of Metal Manufactures Pty Limited (MMPL), we’re backed by one of Australia’s largest privately-owned networks with over 450 outlets nationwide.
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join our growing sales team. You’ll start by learning the business properly - spending time in the Prestons office to get across our products, pricing and estimating - before stepping into a customer-facing BDM role with plenty of autonomy.
This role is all about growing key relationships, opening new doors and helping deliver smart project solutions for our customers.
What You’ll Do:
Manage and grow existing customer relationships
Identify and win current business across contractors and project partners
Support tenders and project pricing, including design take-offs
Work closely with internal teams to deliver great service and on-time project outcomes
Represent ARS at customer visits, trade events, and industry functions
Split time approx. 60% on the road / 40% office-based at Prestons

You’ll Be a Fit If You’re:
From an electrical background - qualified trades, engineering, drafting, or recently completed Electrotechnology studies
Experienced in trade or technical sales (2+ years ideal, but we’re open to solid juniors with electrical knowledge)
Comfortable working with contractors, project managers, or field-based clients
Practical and hands-on, with a willingness to learn the products from the ground up
Energetic, self-driven, and motivated by results
Commercially savvy, with solid communication and relationship skills
Hold a current driver’s licence and full working rights in Australia
