Your new role
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in the definition and design phase of a complex program. You'll lead the capture and translation of business requirements into structured outputs that support solution design, evaluation, and procurement.
Working closely with operational, technical, and regulatory stakeholders, you'll define current and future state processes, develop use cases, and establish a clear requirements baseline to set the program up for successful delivery.
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience as a Senior or Lead Business Analyst within complex program environments
* Strong ability to elicit, document, and validate requirements across diverse stakeholder groups
* Experience defining as-is / to-be processes, user journeys, and functional specifications
* Exposure to solution design, procurement support, or vendor evaluation
* Ability to work autonomously and drive outcomes with minimal direction
* Excellent stakeholder engagement skills across business, technical, and regulatory domains
* (Desirable) Experience within energy, utilities, or critical infrastructure environments
