You will co-create programs and activities which will benefit the young people's development and recovery from trauma. Thorough assessment and goal planning will ensure you target casework activities toward the key life domains of health, safety, education, identity and cultural connection. **About You**As a Residential Care Coordinator with All Care Australia, you will help us to implement proactive solutions that support management in ensuring quality outcomes for the young people in our placements.You will be accountable for the day-to-day management of care teams, the support of children and young people, and mandatory reporting to governing bodies.You will possess:A high level of fiscal accountability in relation to budgets and expenditure;
A high level of organisational and administration skills with proficiency in Google Drive;
The ability to prioritise effectively and multi-task in a busy environment;
The ability to ensure all legislative requirements associated with the care site are undertaken by responsible personnel while ensuring compliance with WH&S and organisational quality assurance.
Exceptional communication skills and effective conflict resolution management.
**Essential CriteriaDiploma (or above) in a relevant qualification to the Community Services Sector.**
**Supervisory/leadership experience.**
**Experience working within Child Protection Residential Care Programs with an understanding of the complexities that come with working in this environment.**
**A current WWCC that does not expire within three months.**
**Current open Driver's license.**
**National Police Check is a requirement of this role.**
