We're looking for a FieldService Customer Representative based in Toowoomba, QLD to support ourcustomers through exceptional service, strong relationship management and aproactive approach to sales within planned maintenance programs.
The right person will bedetail focused, eager to develop their skills and confident juggling multiplepriorities while consistently delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Promoteand sign up new PMP service/maintenance schedules/workshop repairs
Approachpotential customers with the aim of increasing customer base and turnover
Visuallyinspect and report on the condition of customer equipment on site andidentify retail opportunities
PursueService Department business development opportunities, manage customerenquiries, and prepare equipment repair quotations
Followup on quotations to secure repair work and drive successful outcomes
Liaisewith existing customers to ensure satisfaction with services andfacilities
Providea central point of contact for customer service
Visualinspection and reporting of damage to hire fleet vehicles
Customeranalysis and rediscovery
Assistingcustomers to ensure their equipment needs are met and maintained
Managecall cycle program
About You
Strongcustomer service skills with a professional approach
Mechanicalaptitude, trade qualification or forklift industry experience is advantageous, but not essential
Professionaland courteous communication
Proficientin Microsoft Office
Excellentwritten, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Effectivetime management and task prioritisation
Strongteamwork and work ethic
