How You'll Shine
As a friendly and experienced maintenance all‑rounder to join our team. The successful candidate will assist our maintenance department and will preferably have experience in plumbing, carpentry, painting, gardening, and general maintenance.
- Maintenance of rooms/grounds
- Inspection & reporting of faults
- Reporting all maintenance issues as required
- Assisting guests when required
This is a busy hands-on role that requires a motivated can-do person with great time management skills and a desire to make the property the best it can be
What You'll Bring
- Be competent in multi-tasking and enjoy working in a dynamic and busy environment
- Always conduct yourself in a professional manner that reflects the company in a positive manner
- Have a 'can-do' attitude, eye for detail and display enthusiasm at all times
- Previous experience within a hotel maintenance environment would be preferable
- Ability to work unsupervised and an exceptional eye for detail are key requirements of this role
- You will be required to work a rotating roster including nights, weekends and public holidays
- Ability to stay onsite overnight every Monday and Tuesday in staff accommodation
Flexible Scheduling
- Full-Time: Monday to Thursday work schedule
- Part-Time: Monday to Wednesday (with potential casual shifts)
