We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Sales Engineer. In this role, you will combine engineering expertise with a strong commercial mindset to promote automation and robotics solutions.
You will identify customer needs, develop new business designs, and present tailored solutions. Your responsibilities will include building, maintaining, and growing relationships with customers, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, and collaborating with internal teams to prepare accurate quotations and solution recommendations.
This role is ideal for a motivated and customer-focused individual who combines engineering expertise with a proactive sales mindset.
* Bachelor's degree in electrical, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.
* At least 3 years' experience in sales or engineering within the automation or industrial solutions sector.
* Strong commercial drive, with a proven ability to identify opportunities, win new business, and achieve sales and profit targets.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the confidence to engage customers from the shop floor to the C-suite.
