The Role
As an Analyst, you will provide support across the firm's capital markets business, assisting with transactions of $10M+ assets. You'll gain hands‐on experience in deal execution, financial analysis, and market research, building deep industry knowledge and networks. This role offers a clear pathway to growth within capital markets, as well as strong preparation for future client‐side investment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with financial modeling (Forbury or similar) and valuations
* Prepare submissions, executive summaries, case studies, and supplementary packs
* Support campaign management: IMs, press ads, internet listings, EDMs, enquiry schedules, EOI matrices
* Proofread and prepare reports, presentations, and ad‐hoc client deliverables
* Maintain CRM records and market share/sales evidence databases (Zoho)
* Liaise with internal teams, clients, valuers, solicitors, and agents
* Actively contribute to team meetings and knowledge sharing
Skills & Experience
* Tertiary qualification in Property, Finance, or related discipline
* Experience in commercial property or real estate capital markets
* Strong track record producing submissions, reports, and advisory outputs for clients
* Valuations experience and ability to build/interpret discounted cash flows and capital valuation models
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Strong financial and business acumen with excellent written and verbal communication
