Job Description
Curate and deliver refined 5‐star service experiences, exceeding guest expectations through detail-driven hospitality.
* Deliver personalised guest experiences with a strong focus on VIPs, loyalty members, long-stay guests, and special occasions.
* Coordinate pre-arrival communications to anticipate guest needs and arrange tailored experiences.
* Ensure all guest profiles are accurately maintained and updated to support personalised service delivery.
* Respond promptly and professionally to guest enquiries, requests, and service recovery situations.
* Coordinate and oversee the preparation and delivery of in-room amenities, including quality checks for VIP arrivals.
* Build strong internal relationships to ensure smooth guest journeys across all touchpoints of the hotel.
* Act as a brand ambassador by upholding presentation standards, promoting hotel services, and delivering service excellence aligned with luxury hospitality expectations.
Qualifications
* 2–3 years' experience in a hotel or luxury hospitality environment, with a passion for service excellence.
* Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
* Strong knowledge of Opera, Microsoft Office, and hotel systems.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
* Highly organised, adaptable, and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while upholding 5‐star service standards.
